1. Will the 18th UMP Convocation Ceremony be held physically?
Yes, the 18th UMP Convocation Ceremony will be held physically from 21th – 24th Oktober 2023 (Saturday-Tuesday). This Session for 2023 graduates.
2. When is the rehearsal?
There will be NO PHYSICAL REHEARSAL.
All graduands NEED to watch the rehearsal video provided on the convocation website. The video soon to be release.
3. Are parents or families allowed to attend the convocation ceremony?
Yes. Please refer to the invitation card for the maximum capacity allowed to enter the convocation hall.
4. What are the requirements to get the invitation letter?
4.1 Graduands must complete the Graduation Attendance Verification (konvo.ump.edu.my)
4.2 Graduands must be free from any debts.
4.3 Fullfill all the requirements stated and the invitation letter (online) can be downloaded there.
4.4 Please read and follow the guideline stated in the checklist.
5. What should I do before collect the Convocation Attire?
5.1 Complete the Graduation Attendance Verification.
5.2 Refer to the schedule for collect and return the Convocation Attire.
5.3 Please follow all the date for attire collection.
5.4 Make sure to bring your Convocation Slip (E-Slip) to avoid problem.
6. Am I invited to the convocation ceremony after collecting my early documents?
Yes, you are invited to attend the convocation ceremony.
7. Do I need to bring invitation card on the day of Convocation Ceremony?
Your parents or guest need to bring the invitation card to be allowed entering the convocation hall.
8. What should I bring during the ceremony?
8.1 The Barcode Cards.
8.2 The complete set of Convocation Attire.
9. I met with an accident and temporarily not fit; can I request for assistance?
